Public Policy

Indiana AEYC provides tools and information to concerned parents and child care professionals that help them affect the public policy impacting young children.

And through membership, Indiana AEYC not only encourages cultivation of relationships with local state and federal legislators, it helps facilitate those connections. NAEYC is a leading voice for early childhood education to Congress, state legislatures and agencies and other federal entities. Through local, state, and national affiliates, all members have an opportunity to promote early childhood policies.

Members are also able to participate in the development and implementation of the Indiana AEYC Public Policy Agenda for children, and receive regular Indiana AEYC Public Policy E-Alerts.

Join us in helping shape the future of early childhood care and education in Indiana.
