2018 Conference Registration

To Register:

  1. Enter the Number of people attending each session at the indicated rate category – Only 15 choices are allowed per registration.  If you have more, you will need to complete the process again for the remaining registrants.
  2. Click “Register Now”. This will prompt you to add information on each attendee.
  3. Click “Proceed to Payment Options” where you will enter your payment information.

Once your registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email.  If you pay with an invoice (P.O.) or check,  your confirmation will temporarily show as pending.

 

Registrations are transferable, but not refundable!

 

 

Name Badge – Your name badge will be emailed to you prior to conference. Please print your name badge and bring it with you to conference.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Indiana AEYC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant or attendee to Indiana AEYC’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image, likeness, and appearance in photographs of such events and activities.
